Linda Pratt Hatfield, 68, of Sumterville, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Mrs. Hatfield was born June 8, 1946 in NY to the late Jack and Nettie Laura (Shepherd) Pratt. She moved here in 1977 from Canandaigua, NY. She was of the Baptist faith, a homemaker and a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Lake Panasoffkee and the Moose Auxiliary in Inverness. Survivors include her children, Loretta Hunter (Lyle) of Sumterville, Lawrence David Hatfield (Corrine) of Green Cove Springs, Lori Tetreault (James) of Destin, Kayla Hunter (Leslie) of Wildwood, Brian Hatfield of Sumterville and Leslie Wayne Hunter, Jr. of Sumterville; 7 siblings, Gary, Billy, Jr., Charlie, Jesse, Michael and Peg; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence David Hatfield and son Jay Jay Hatfield. Visitation for Linda will be 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm, Sunday, February 1, 2015 in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:30am, Monday, February 2, 2015, in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
