Judy Sabo, 74 of North Aurora, passed away at home on February 2, 2015.

She was born April 7, 1940 to Julius and Emily(Florence) Sabo in Aurora.

She attended the Apostolic School and Madonna High School in Aurora and received her undergraduate degree from Marymount College, Salina , Kansas. She was a member of the Sisters of St Joseph, Concordia, Kansas until 1973 and was employed at Fermilab until her retirement in 2005. She was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church and owner of Ave Maria Catholic book store in Geneva.

She is survived by sisters Mary Ellen (Tom) Wittman of Denver, Barbara Sabo of North Aurora, Clare Sabo of Elgin, Monica (Sanford) Morganstein of West Dundee, Sarah Orizondo of Elgin; brother Edward Sabo of Columbus, Ohio; 6 nieces and nephews and a grand niece and nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Frank Orizondo.

Visitation will be held Wednesday February 4, 2015 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery. Funeral mass Thursday February 5, 2015 at 10:00 am at Annunciation Church in Aurora with interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
