FERNDALE, March 26 -- Frank Freitas died at his home in Beatrice this morning at 12:30 A.M. He was a native of the Azores and aged 44 years. For the past 23 years, he has lived in California, and during the past six at Beatrice.
He leaves a wife, Armenia Nunes Freitas, of Beatrice, and three children, besides other relatives.
The body was taken to Citizens' chapel. Services will be held at the Catholic church at 10 o'clock Monday, with burial in the St. Mary's cemetery.
Rosary will be said tomorrow (this evening) night at 8 o'clock at the chapel.
