Mr. Alexander,s parents came from Hamilton, Alabama around the year 1920 by mule and wagon. They had four sons when they arrived here in Arkansas from Alabama. All four of those sons died of typhoid fever shortly after they arrived here in Arkansas. They had five more children after they came to Arkansas. They were Chester Alexander, Marvin Alexander, B.W. Alexander, Clornell Alexander and Bueton Alexander. B.W. Alexander was the father of nine children, five daughters and four sons. He worked on the railroad as a section foreman and retired from that job.
