She was a native of Town Creek, AL, former owner of Crockett Market, and a member of OK Bapist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Eva Agee Burden; her husband, Bernard Pigg; three brothers, Donnie Burden, Bobby Burden, and Virgil Burden; three sisters, Kathryn Farris, Mildred Young, and Linda Nampel; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 08, 2015 with Chad Moore officiating. Interment will follow at John Lay Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
