DAVENPORT Bobby Joe Davenport, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at his residence surrounded by his
family. He was 74 years of age and the beloved husband of Ethel Cepriano Davenport for the past 50 years. He was the loving
father of Gary Lubag (Jody), Salvador Davenport, Laura Smith (Robert) Bobby Davenport, Jr. (Heidi) and the late Michael
Davenport (Donna). He was the devoted grandfather of 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. He was the son of the
late Ruben and Illa Smith Davenport and the brother of Billy Davenport, the late James Davenport, Ruby Carbonel, Louise
Case, and Ralph Davenport. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the services at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN
FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 6:00 PM until
9:00 PM and again on Monday, October 25, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM at which time a Mass will be held in the Chapel.
Burial will then follow in St. Pius X Mausoleum, Crown Point. Condolences may be offered online at
