OLIVE HILL, KENTUCKY - April 17, H.K. Roe, age 85, died at his home at Grahn, Kentucky, Friday morning.
He was born in Carter County, March 21, 1869, a son of the late John and Creasie Tabor Roe, pioneer residents.
The funeral services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the residence and burial will be made in the Hollingsworth Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Gillum and the Rev. Russell Patrick will officiate. The body has been removed from the Henderson Funeral Home to the residence where friends may call.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Roe and the following children, Charles and William Roe, and Mrs. Henry James, all of Grahn, Mrs. Henry Tipton of Irvine, Kentucky, Mrs. Clifford Duncan of Olive Hill; two brothers, William and George Roe of Portsmouth, Ohio.
