A graveside service for Mr. Ralph Stinnett Lowe, age 71 of Roxie, MS, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 6, 2015 at Riser Cemetery in Ruston. The service is under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.
Mr. Lowe was born December 18, 1943 in Jonesboro to Owen Lowe and Gertrude Stinnett Lowe. He died February 3, 2015 at his home in Roxie, MS. He was an appliance electrician by trade and in his spare time, he enjoyed fishing.
Mr. Lowe is survived by his aunt: Lurline Riser Farmer; his uncles: Troy Lowe of Ruston, Wayne Lowe of Jonesboro and Royce Lowe of Star City, AR; his half brother: Mike Lowe and wife Rhonda of West Monroe and half sisters: Kim and husband Eddie Smallin and Toni and husband David Mullin all of West Monroe.
