Sandra "Sandy" Jean Kish Corbin, age 44, of Watkinsville, GA. died March 10, 2009 at Athens Regional Medical Center due to complications of pneumonia. She was born July 31, 1965 in East Chicago, IN and moved to Athens, GA in 1975. Sandy graduated from Clarke Central High School. She earned a degree in Psychology in June, 1993 from the University of Georgia. Sandy was dedicated to her family and church. She worked at Faith Presbyterian Church in the Mothers Morning Out program. She will be deeply missed. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Paul Kish. She is survived by her husband, Andrew Corbin; two children: Isabella and Lucas; mother and stepfather: Jean (Turner) and Roger Horton Jr.; brother and sister-in-law: Eric and Amber Turner, brother and sister-in- law: Steven and Lori Kish; and many loved friends and other family members. Funeral services were held at Watkinsville First Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday March 14, 2009. Flowers are optional. Donations in her memory may be made to Watkinsville First Baptist Church. Lord & Stephens, WEST in charge of arrangements.
