Pelion – Mrs. Sharon Cook Griffin, 80, entered into rest Sunday, March 22, 2015.
She was the daughter of the late Acle E. Cook, Sr. and Hazel Johnson Cook. She was predeceased by her brothers: Acle E. Cook, Jr., Richard Arlen Cook, Lanny T. Cook and Chan G. Cook; and sisters: Stella Yon and Karen Kyzer.
She is survived by her husband, two sons & family, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one sister, and one sister-in-law.
A graveside service was Thursday at 11 AM in the Wagener Cemetery. A service to celebrate her life was held in the Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home at 12 PM with visitation following.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to St. Baldrick’s Foundation, 1333 South Mayflower Avenue, Suite 400, Monrovia, CA 91016.
