One of the heirs of the late Frederick Douglass - Paul, the son of Frederick Douglass, Jr., himself deceased since August, 1892-died in Washington yesterday. The boy was one of three children named in Mr. Douglass will who were to receive their father's portion of his estate.

Will Not Complicate the Distribution
The death of Paul Douglass, a grandson of the late Frederick Douglass, which occurred Wednesday, will not complicate the distribution of the estate. The boy was the son of the late Frederick Douglass, Jr., and leaves a brother surviving him. This brother, it is said, will now inherit the share of the estate which would have passed to his father, had the latter not died.

The will of the late Charles P Douglass, a grandson of the late Frederick Douglass was filed here yesterday. The instrument is dated march 26, 1895 and one half of the estate left to Robert Small Douglass, a brother. To Lewis H and Charles R Douglass, uncles, the sum of $100 each is given, and to Rosetta Sprague, an aunt $100. To Emanuel M Hewlett, uncle, and Ella M Colt, an aunt, the residue of the estate is bequeathed.
