Zachary Ray Holland, age 70, of Nebo, NC died Saturday, January 31, 2015 at McDowell Hospital. He was born March 12, 1944 in McDowell County to Genevieve Frady Holland of Nebo, NC and to the late Zachary N. Holland.
In addition to his mother, surviving Ray are one son, Anthony R. Holland and wife, Laura of Asheville, NC; one sister, Brenda Wilson and husband, Robert of Nebo, NC; two grandchildren Jessie Holland and wife, Ashelee and Tressa Pierce and husband, Robbie; one great-grandchild, Logan Holland; and one niece Nichole Kinard and husband, Casey.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion, NC. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Mountain View Memorial Park in Black Mountain, NC.
