MRS. MALONEY NUNN
The death of Mrs. Malinda Nunn occurred on Monday, September 13, at her home in Sanitarium Addiition resulting from heart trouble after an illness of three months.
Maloney Shay was born on September 29, 1847 in Indiana and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Is Mrs. Isaac Shay. She was united in marriage with Norman Shay at Afton in 1863 and to this union ten children were born, five of whom are deceased. Those living are Tom, Charley, Mrs. B. F. Smith, and Mrs. David Carmichael of Elsie, Nebraska. The deceased is survived also by a brother, James Shay. Her husband died on May 4, 1909.
Mrs. Nunn was a member of the Christian Chruch and the funeral was held by the pastor of that denomination, Rev. G. L. McKim, at the home at 2:30 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon. The pall bearers were Frank Smith, Al Graves, Carl Nunn, Roe Foreshay, Harry Carmichael, and Joe Graves. Interment was made in the Evergreen Cemetery. The sympathy of the many friends of the family is extended to the bereaved ones.
