Paul L. Noel, 76, Lyleville, died Monday.

He was born in Patton RD, son of Joseph and Cressie (Bender) Noel. Surviving are his wife, Tressa (Lender); four children: Paul, George, Mary Glass and Barbara Ross; nine grandchildren; and three siblings: Jerry, Patricia Geary and Ronald. He was preceded in death by children: Karen Reed and Mark; and siblings: Marie Kubat, Mildred Harpster, Florence Cavalet, Regis and infant Donald. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Gibbons Funeral Home, Coalport, and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Coalport.

Born September 16, 1938 in R.D. Patton, son of the late
Joseph and Cressie (Bender) Noel. Preceded in death by son,
Mark, daughter, Karen Reed, grandson, Joshua Ross, infant
brother, Donald, sisters: Marie Kubat, Mildred Harpster, and
Florence Cavalet and brother, Regis. Survived by wife of 56
years, the former Tressa Lender whom he married March 8,
1958 in Coalport, Children:
Paul (Stella Zeigler) Bolivar, OH
George (Debra Manges) Coalport
Mary Glass (Bobby) Coalport
Barbara Ross Woodbridge, VA
9 grandchildren: Bruce, Paul Jr. (Lisa), Katy (Jeremiah),
Tyke, Samantha, Chad, Brittany, Breanna, and Hanna
1 great granddaughter, Karson
Brother of: Jerry (Jean Tyler) Coalport
Patricia Geary Angola, NY
Ronald "Butch" (Diane) Dover, PA
Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Paul
enjoyed baseball, hunting, fishing and bowling. Former
employee of C and K Coal Company, Flinton and Wallmart
Distribution Center, Woodland. Member of Christian and
Missionary Alliance Church, Coalport. Friends will be
received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Friday at the Gibbons
Funeral Home, Coalport and from 10:00 AM until time of
funeral service at 11:000 Am Saturday at the C & MA
