I just dug up her death certificate and it lists her as Grace rather than Florence and it says she is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery and the dates & parents match.

I also found the death certificate for her son George who died a year after her and his says he is buried at Oak Hill. His obit also says he was buried next to his mother at Oak Hill.
