This Indenture made the Twentieth day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Three Between Richard Breeding of the Parish of Brumfield and County of Culpeper of one part and his children (to wit) Job, Ossaman, Ann, Abner, Elijah, Drucilla, Richard Breeding of the other part Witnesseth that as said Richard Breeding for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he hath and bears towards his aforesaid children hath given and grants and by these presents doth give and grant unto his said children Job, Ossaman, Ann, Abner, Elijah, Drucilla and Richard Breeding Eight head of cattle, nine head of sheep, twenty-one head of hogs and their increases, two beds and furniture, one house and all the rest of his movable estate to them and their heirs forever to be equally divided among them when they arrive to lawful age. In witness whereof the said Richard Breeding hath hereunto put his hand and affixed his seal the day, month and year first above written------
