Children: Sarah Cook Hovey(wife of Thomas Hovey), Aaron Cook IV, Johannah Cook Porter, Westwood Cook, Samuel Cook, Moses Cook, Elizabeth Cook Smith(mother of Moses Smith), and Bridget Cook Barnard Dickinson.
Service during King Philip's War (1675-1678):
"Capt. Aaron Cooke, of Hadley, [Mass.] was left in command of some of the men taken out of Mosely's, Poole's and Upham's companies, at Westfield, November, 1675. ….A man of influence; Capt. of the militia for thirty-five years. …."
