She was the daughter of the late Laughter and Mary McLaurin Craven. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Anderson Parks, Jr. on April 5, 1989 a son, Robert Anderson Parks, III on Sept. 20, 1992 and a granddaughter Lisa Ann LaGamba on Dec. 29, 1966.
During World War II, she wired airplanes at seven Army and Air Force Bases. She later worked and retired from Kresge’s warehouse in Pennsylvania.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday, Febuary 4, 2015 at Trinity Wesleyan Church.
Interment will follow at the Historic Salisbury National Cemetery.
