He was born on May 6, 1937 to Hubert and Minnie Bingham Wilkerson in Benton County Mississippi. Stanley was retired Supervisor for Benton County. A member of the Army National Guard. Stanley was also a member of the Bluff Springs Baptist Church. Services were February 3,at 1 pm in Pine Grove Baptist Church in Hickory Flat with burial in Bluff Springs Cemetery.
