He worked as a mechanic for the state of Iowa. He was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Nevada, IA. He loved to garden, help his friends and neighbors, and he will be remembered for his sense of humor. He will be missed by all.
He was predeceased by his parents; his wife; one son, Rodney Sanders; two brothers; and one sister. He is survived by one daughter; one son; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother; and three sisters.
