Joseph Andrew Cicero, 26, of New Cumberland, passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2015.
He was employed as a contractor; attended Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill; was currently enrolled in Harrisburg Area Community College; and enjoyed cooking and drawing.
Joseph was born in Belleville, NJ to Ruth (Shulman) Bailey of New Cumberland and the late Mark Cicero.
In addition to his mother, Joe is survived by his daughter who meant everything to him, Micaela M. Cicero of New Cumberland; brothers and sisters, Andrew Bailey of Chambersburg, Barb Plaza of Camp Hill, Steven Bailey of New Cumberland, Kelly Ann Cicero of New Cumberland and Alicia Cicero of New Cumberland; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in First Christian Church, 442 Hummel Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043 with the Rev. Linda Springer-Leiser officiating.
A visitation with family will be held one hour prior to service time at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are respectfully requested for the benefit of Joe’s daughter to the Barbara Plaza ITF Micaela M. Cicero Trust, 1130 Carlisle Rd. Camp Hill, PA 17011.
