Vera Jane Galloway, 81, of Colorado Springs, Colo., formerly of Warsaw died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1998, at her home in Colorado Springs, Colo. She was born Sept 21, 1916, in Warsaw, the daughter of James William and Clara Marie Frank Sharpe. She married Franklin Roy Galloway on Sept. 20, 1941, in Palmyra, Mo. He survives in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Surviving besides her husband are one son, Bruce Galloway of Colorado Springs, Colo. and one grandson, Christopher Galloway.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and one brother.
She attended school in Warsaw. She had been employed by the Warsaw Brewery and the Warsaw A & P.
She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Warsaw and a member of the Daughters of our King. She had been a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Services were held on Sunday, Jan. 11, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Warsaw with Rev. John Miles officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw.
A memorial has been established for St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Warsaw.
