GAINES, Frank Isaac, 74, of Louisville, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 at Baptist Health Louisville.
Born in Harrodsburg on February 1, 1940 to the late Willard Bailey and Elizabeth Pearl Gaines, he was a welder. He loved camping, fishing, and UK basketball.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Junior, Joe, Louise and Frances.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Betty Gaines; children, Anna Blackburn (Todd), Theresa Long (J.C.) and Jeremy Gaines (Christina); sister, Margaret Trimble; and grandchildren, Maya, J.T., Emma, and Isaac.
His memorial visitation will be from 2-4 pm with service to immediately follow at 4:00 on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
