Sandra Ruth Mann, a former teacher and school principal, passed away Jan. 30, 2015, in Denver. Rabbi Bernard Gerson officiated at the Feb. 1 service at Rodef Shalom. Interment followed at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
“She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and teacher who gave so much to people,” the family said. “She will be missed by all.”
Mrs. Mann was born March 5, 1936, in New York City.
She earned a BS in education from Hunter College and an MA in special education at DU.
On June 23, 1956, she married Martin Mann.
Mrs. Mann was a teacher, graphologist and school principal.
She belonged to Hadassah and the National Council of Jewish Women.
Mrs. Mann is survived by her husband Martin J. Mann; children Bruce (Jackie) Mann, Lisa (Steve) Berkow and Elliot (Jennie) Mann; sister Linda Kawer (Joan Zinter); and grandchildren Alexis, Bridget, Ryan, Erin, Celia and Ellie.
