Mrs. Nichol was born on August 5, 1930 in Rochester, NY, daughter of the late Norma Black. Mrs. Nichol retired from teaching in Bellmore, NY and retired to the Connecticut shore where the Nichol's had summered for many years. She enjoyed antiquing and crafts.
Beloved wife of Bruce Nichol and loving mother of Bruce A. Nichol of Branford, CT. Also survived by a sister, Lois Slagle of ME; a sister-in-law, Sandra Coddington (Richard) of Sanibel, FL; three nieces, Melissa Wilson, Jeanine Slagle and Jennifer Naab, a nephew, Jeffrey Slagle and her two surrogate grandchildren, Paul and Julia Howard-Flanders.
Arrangements in care of the Guilford Funeral Home, Guilford CT.
