JOSHUA DALE DEAD AT 66

Retired Farmer Long Had Been in Failing Health

Joshua Dale, 66 years old, a resident of Carthage 15 years, died at 6 o'clock last night following an extended illness. He was a retired farmer and for several years had made his home with Mrs. C M. Narramore, 230 North Maple street, who is a half sister.
Surviving are two brothers, Monroe and Walter Dale of Richmond, MO., the half-sister Mrs. Narramore and another half-sister Mrs. Sam Turnage of Carthage.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning int he Knell parlors in charge of the Rev. Dr. G. F. Harbour, pastor of the Main Street Presbyterian church. Mrs. Ernest Davis and Mrs. R. E. Harrington will sing. Mrs. A. P. Knowles will be accompanist.
Burial will be in Park Cemetery.

His Missouri Death Certificate indicated he was divorced, had been a farmer and died at the county infirmary of tuberculosis. He was the son of Joshua Dale bp. KY. and Elizabeth Colley bp. VA
