Abraham Lapizco Flores (Pops/Chino) was born March 16, 1931.

He passed on January 24, 2015.

Preceded in death by son, Abie.

Survived by his wife of 61 years, Socorro, whom he loved dearly; children, Sally (Lange) Detlef and Alex (Norma); grandchildren, Derrick (Anan), Dean, Devin, Alexander, Megan, and Gloria (Alvaro) Castillo; three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Abran was employed for 27½ years and retired from Pima County Department of Transportation-Survey.

He was a member of Diez Amigos Hunting Club. After retirement he was blessed with 22 years of camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Grandpa's special place was Pine Top, AZ, where we will continue to celebrate his life, and his spirit will live through us.
