Mr. Randall Delano Turner, age 82, of Trackrock Gap Rd., passed away at his home on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 following a brief illness. He was born December 8, 1932 in Union County to the late John Jarrett Turner, SR and the late Nola Nix Turner. Randall had served in the Coast Guard and Merchant Marines and was a U.S. Army Korean Veteran. He was a Bee Keeper for over 30 years, and was an avid outdoorsman and an expert identifying wild flowers and birds native to Appalachia. He was preceded in death by brothers, Preston, Harry, Price, John Jr. and Edward Turner. Randall was a member of Old Liberty Baptist Church.
