Rachel Mitchell, 98 years old, joined her Father in heaven on January 25, 2015. She was born in Lowndes, Missouri to Cady and Edward Neighbors; she was preceded by 3 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 son, Kenneth Cox. Rachel resided at Ralston Tower in Modesto for 24 years. She loved her church, family gatherings, socializing with friends, shopping and dining out.
She leaves behind three daughters and two sons: Linda Fox, Lora Arnold, Carol Lee, Albert Cox, Gilbert Cox; 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 13 great, great grandchildren.
Rachel was a true Christian lady and will be missed greatly by her children, family and all who knew her.
