Sonny Crofut, Jr., 80, passed away Monday, Jan 19, 2015 at his home. He was born Oct 30, 1934 in Kerens to Bert Earl Crofut, Sr. and Ida Lucille Holloway Crofut. He was a heavy equipment operator in pipleline construction most of his life.
Sonny is survived by his wife, Ella Ruth Crofut of Kerens, his two daughters and sons in law, Teresa and Gary Don Jennings of Kerens, and Peggy and Gary Lane of Keller; five grandchildren, two great-grand children; and a sister, Barbara Johnson of Scottsdale, AZ.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Don Crofut, and a brother, Jerry Crofut.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan 22. 2015 at Paschael Funeral Home in Kerens and burial at Prairie Point Cemetery.
