Allan was born in Wingham on October 2, 1943 to the late Anna Mae (Farrish) and Lloyd MacDougall. Dear father of Heather (Brian) Bartlett of La Salle, David (Jennifer) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, and Marita (Simon) Taylor of Goderich. Missed by his grandchildren: Morgan, Claire, Alexandria, Roderick, Benjamin, Grace, and Graham. Survived by his sister Grace Dollery of Bayfield, in-laws Marianne (Elmer) Smeltzer, and James West. Also survived by his Aunt Lois Farrish.
