He was born September 6, 1937 in Slo-Fork to the late Franklin Lamar and Hazel May Adcock Fraser. He was a farmer, member of the Chickalah Baptist Church and attended the Grace Chapel Trinity Pentecostal Church.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jewel May Bellar.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Simmons Fraser; one son and daughter-in-law, Bob Lamar and Jean Fraser of Dover, AR; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Mark White of London and Freda and Richard Herrera of Russellville; grandchildren and spouses, Michael & Misty Fraser of Slo-Fork, AR, Dusty Ray Norris and Misty Michelle Norris both of Dardanelle, Savannah Suzette Herrera of Russellville and a great-grandchild, Hannah Lynn Fraser of Slo-Fork.
Services were September 3, 2002 at the Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Steve McBurnett and Rev. Larry Domerese officiating. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home of Dardanelle. Pallbearers were Bob Fraser, Michael Fraser, Mark White, Richard Herrera, Dusty Norris, Jeff Reid.
