The service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barrens' United Lutheran Church, Kralltown Road, Dillsburg.
Burial will be in the Barrens' Salem Union Cemetery.
Viewings will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Cocklin Funeral Home, 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg, and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Mr. Diller was born on July 28, 1918, in Lower Allen Township.
He was the son of the late Harry and Nettie (Barlup) Diller.
He was a retired clerk of the licensing bureau of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
A member of Barrens' United Lutheran Church, he belonged to Dillsburg Golden Agers and Dillsburg Senior Citizens.
He was a former member of Pinchot Park Lions Club.
Mr. Diller also is survived by two sons, Ralph Diller of Dillsburg, and Richard Diller of Wellsville; three daughters, Shirley Kauffman and Rosemary Firestone, both of Dillsburg, and Karen Diller of Washington, D.C.; six grandchildren; four brothers, Ervin Diller of New Cumberland, Glenn Diller of Lewisberry, Paul Diller and Wilbur Diller, both of Mechanicsburg; and three sisters, Eva Pentz of New Cumberland, Hilda Fetrow and Ruth Bricker, both of Lewisberry.
Officiating at the service will be his pastor, the Rev. Nenson Paull.
