She was the daughter of the late John and Ollie (Ballard) Emberton and the wife of the late Ned Hays. Survivors include a dughter Linda Wyatt,Glasgow, and two sons,William David and Terry Wayne. Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.Three sisters and three brothers preceded her in death. She was first married to Leonard Rasner.
