Belinda Ann Sims, 50, died Monday at John Hopkins University Hospital, Baltimore.
A native of Anderson, S.C., she the daughter of Bessie A. Harrison of Gainesville and the late Ross Harrison. She graduated from Gainesville High School, Bureau College and Scarlet College. She worked for Georgia Military College, the University of Alaska and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include her husband, Charles F. Sims, Baltimore; daughter, Carlita Sims, Baltimore, Md.; and two grandchildren
