"She was a very kind hearted person. She always saw the good in everyone she met. She will be greatly missed, but our memories of her will never fade."

Wanda L. Kelly passed peacefully on the morning of February 6th, 2011 in Vancouver, WA. She was born in Seminole, OK on October 1st, 1927 to J.D. and Margaret Fowler and attended Varnum High school where she met her future husband, John Kelly. They were married on June 27, 1944. They had four children, Nancy, David Wayne, Paul and Jeffrey.

Wanda was a wonderful seamstress who enjoyed knitting, crocheting and square dancing. She also loved to travel. She and John traveled to all 48 states, and all but one providence of Canada in a tent trailer, travel trailer and lastly a motor home. Trips to Alaska and Hawaii were also taken.

Wanda loved her church where she was an active member for over 58 years. She worked in the Primary and Nursery departments.

She is survived by her husband, John; children, Nancy Mower (Dennis) of Wills Point TX, Paul of Ridgefield, WA and Jeffrey (Mariann) of Vancouver, WA; four grandchildren, Peggy, Christine, John and Nicholas; and four great-grand children.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, David Wayne.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Caregiver Maria Pop for her loving care of our mother.
