Randall Lee Wilson, 52, of RHS Class of 1980, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Rossville where he played football for Rossville Middle School and Rossville High School. He was a member of the Rossville Church of God and he enjoyed coaching football and girls’ softball in Rossville. His passions in life were his family, being around children, his dogs, fishing, and camping.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Wilson; grandparents, Sarah Frances Campbell and Freddie E. Campbell; aunt, Sheila Poindexter; and uncle Tony Collins.
Survivors include his wife, Vesta Wilson; daughter, Heather Marie (Jacob) Harris; father, Robert Wilson; mother, Patricia Campbell (Preston) Terry; sisters, Robin Norris and Missy (Keith) Brown; sister-in-law, Karen Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Bro. James Curtis and Bro. Chuck Ellis officiating.
Interment will follow in the Lakewood South Memory Gardens.
