Rabun Gap, GA - Agnes Mary Lee Hampton Lamb, age 80, of Rabun Gap, GA, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015.

She was born in Haywood County, NC, the daughter of the late Kimsey and Marie Campbell Hampton. She was married to Dean Lamb, who died in 1992. She was a homemaker and a member of Newman Chapel Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School Teacher, Choir Member and helped with Vacation Bible School.

She is survived by two sons, Dwayne Lamb of Rabun Gap, GA and Tommy Lamb and his wife Kathy of Albertville, AL; one sister, Patsy Nicholson of Morganton, GA; two brothers, Wilse Hampton and his wife Mary, of Clayton, GA and Wade Hampton and his wife Margie of Resaca, GA; two grandchildren, Amberly Lamb of Charleston, SC and Benjamin Lamb of Ellijay, GA; step granddaughter, Chelsey Ledford of Arab, AL.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Reba Hampton.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryant Grant Funeral Home, with Rev. Carl Carpenter, Rev. Harvey Conner and Rev. Tommy Lamb officiating. Burial will be in Newman Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
