HALTOM CITY - Glenda Joyce Rodgers, 54, died Sunday, May 6, 2001, at her home.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Azleland Memorial Park.
Glenda Joyce Rodgers was born Feb. 12, 1947, in Fort Worth and was a lifelong area resident. She worked in the production department of Wright's Inc. for a number of years and later worked in the home health-care field for many years. She was formerly associated with Midway Baptist Church and was currently a member of Birdville Baptist Church.
Survivors: Husband, Jimmy E. Rodgers of Haltom City; daughters, Tina R. Johnson of Azle and Holly DeAnn Rodgers of Haltom City; sons, Jeffery Dean McCarty of Fort Worth and Jeremy Shane Rodgers of Douglasville, Ga.; mother, Mrs. Louise Busby of Azle; father, Mr. Homer Sewell of Haltom City; sisters, Rebecca Lester of Boonesville and Shirley Wetzel of Abilene; brother, Guy Rickey Huffman of Ladson, S.C.; five grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
