OPAL PAULINE BAILEY, age 93 of Alvin, Texas passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, Houston, Texas. Opal was born on March 23, 1921 in Morgantown, West Virginia and was a resident of Alvin for over 30 years. She was a member of the Methodist faith. Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Bailey, Sr., parents, John and Leafy Constable and son, Albert Bailey, Jr.
Opal is survived by her daughters, Alice Flowers and husband, Henry, Kathryn Smith, sons, Charles Bailey and wife, Vickie, William Bailey and wife, Gail, sister, Norma Neil and husband, Paul, brother, Kenneth Constable and wife, Janet, 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Scott Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M.
