Retired Sgt. Maj. Robert T. Lyle, 75, of Copperas Cove, died January 21, 2015, at Fort Hood. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at St. Martin's Episcopal Church. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Robert was born in West Manayunk, Pennsylvania, to the late Stewart and Dorothy Lyle. He served in the military for 30 years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Lyle; sons, Robert T. Lyle Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth, Michael L. Lyle and his wife, Cindy, and David W. Lyle and his wife, Laura; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Q17
