with her Lord and Savior on

illness.
Dorothy was born in
Springhill, Nova Scotia on January
4, 1930 to Ira and Dora
Davis. She married Ross on
January 1, 1948 and enjoyed 65
years of marriage. She
remained in Canada until moving
to Lynn in Febuary 1959.
She worked at the Linwood
Hospital for approximately two
years, then continued her nursing
career for another eight
years at the Park Street Manor.
She changed careers and
worked at both the GE’s West
Lynn and Wilmington plants
until she retired in 1990.
She is survived by four children,

Other family left to cherish

grandsons, three granddaughters,
11 great grandchildren, and
various nieces
and nephews and
their families.
Ross and
Dorothy enjoyed
at least annual

traveled overseas
several times
and across the

nature and made
specific trips to places such as
the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone.
She enjoyed traveling
and knitting, quilting, various
crafts and loved having company
and spending time with family

She was a member of the
First Baptist Church of Lynn

ethic, and most importantly for

knowing she is with the
Lord.
