Radio man, lyricist, editor and author. He commenced his career as an editor and copywriter from 1948 to 1961. Subsequently he was employd at the Swedish radio (SR) as producer and scriptwriter. He was behind the popular radio quiuz-show "Melodikrysset" (The Melody Cross) which started in 1965. From 1976 to 1991 he was running the show himself and became a polular radio-figure to the Swedish people. He also made his name as a host for the radio shows "Gamla skivbekanta" and "Operettdags". He also wrote many lyrics and translated several operetta librettos. As an author he had 15 books published.
