Bea was the daughter of Vastine Stickley and Alice Wilhelm. Alice passed while Bea was just an infant. Emma Wilhelm raised her as her own and was the only mother she ever knew. Her "Papa" was a farmer who made everything from shoes to plows. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph William Jordan on Mar 24, 2002.

Services were at 11:00 AM Saturday December 27, 2014 at Powles Funeral Home.

Burial service was held immediately after at Brookhill Memorial Gardens also in Rockwell, NC.
