Rex G. Lynn, age 79 of Paducah, passed away at 9:25 am on January 25, 2015 at Superior Care Home. Mr. Lynn was a member of the Grahamville Masonic Lodge #707. He was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Buchanan of Paducah; son, Rex Gerald Lynn, Jr. and wife, Karen of Kevil; four brothers, Dale Lynn and wife, Alma of Heath; Tommy Lynn and wife, Mildred of Eldorado, IL; David Lynn and wife, Doris of Nashville, TN, Billy Lynn of Grahamville; four grandchildren, Susan Buchanan, Amy Kight, Jennifer English, Jessica Spresser; three great-grandchildren, Tanner Kight, Max Reed, Allie Spresser; three step great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Spresser, Izabelle Spresser, Lane Spresser.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Johnson Lynn; parents, Oscar and Reva Knott Lynn.
A funeral service will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 am. A committal service will follow at Woodville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 5 pm to 8 pm and at 10:00 am until time of the service Wednesday, January 28, 2015. A Masonic service will be held at 7:30 pm Tuesday, January 27, 2015.
