Mrs. Sarah Blount Pritchett, 81, of Thomaston died on Friday, March 12, 1999 at the Thomaston Health and Rehab.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 1999 at the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home in Thomaston. Rev. Philip Thompson officiated. Burial was in the Southview Cemetery in Thomaston.

Mrs. Pritchett was born in Washington County, but had lived most of her life in Thomaston. She served in the WACS for 3 1/2 years in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. She retired from B.F. Goodrich with 38 years of service where she worked as a spinner.

Survivors include her brother, Roy J. Blount of Thomaston; and a sister, Helen Hunter of Thomaston.

Coggins Funeral Home of Thomaston was in charge of the arrangements.
