Visitation will be Wednesday, January 28 at Holt Memorial Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Graveside service is Thursday, January 29 at Tom Thumb Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Rory and Jack Archer, Rick and Treve DeClue, and John Moore.
The daughter of Robert and Velma (Savage) DeClue was born on March 16, 1957 in La Grande, OR.
Carla enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and feeding birds.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 33 years, Ron Archer; three sons and their wives, Rory and Shana Archer, Jack Archer, and Elijah and Galena Campbell; one daughter and her husband, Olice Ann and John Moore; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Treve, Richard, and Wade DeClue; and three sisters, Olice DeClue, Eva Scott, and Audrey Collins.
