Centertown resident ad Warren County native Vera Mae Orrick, 70, died suddenly Aug. 24 at River Park Hospital.
A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Ricey and Mary (Shelton) Morgan and was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Albert Orrick in 1972 and two sons, James and Bobby Orrick.
She is survived by one daughter, Betty Osment of Short Mountain; one sister, Azziline Hale of Smithville; one daughter in law, Mae Orrick of Centertown; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a. m. at High's Chapel with Carl Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Centertown Cemetery.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ricie was the owner of Morgan Mill and major stockholder of the Centertown Bank in Centertown, Warren County, Tennessee.
Was the sister of my father, Sam Houston Morgan.
