Judy was a strong woman that fought hard to battle cancer, never giving up. Judy was a lively woman involved in many single women's groups, and also maintained long time friendships with many co-workers from employment for 19 years at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother John Rowland. She is survived by her children Jessica Perkins-Durley and son Zachary Perkins, 4 grandchildren: Quinton Perkins-Wade, Tyrese M. Durley, Jadah Durley and Sa'niya Johnson. A brother David Rowland, 2 sisters: Barbara Myers and Linda Rowland.
Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
