Thompson P. (Nov 11 1815 OR 4 Aug 1817 - Dec 27 1892)- the the dates on his gravestone say Nov 11 1815; yet the family bible says he was born Aug 4 1817. Census of 1850 says he was born in Virginia.
I tend to believe the Bible, since it shows his brother Alexander was born on Nov 18, 1815 --- but the census says he was born in Ohio, while Thompson was born later, in Virginia! This is all tough to reconcile...
